Contra Narrative Enhancements

Here, we have loaded a particular file which contains payments with different processing dates.

paygate is now enhanced to properly form the Contra lines with regards to these payments. These are now displayed under the Payment Instructions when viewing the submission either after searching or within the Actions menu. The contra lines are also present on the Standard 18 which is viewable via the Standard 18 tab.
