What's New in PayGate 2.1.4

Find Submissions / Find Payments

• If you used to use 'Find Payments'  this is now called 'Find Submissions.
• There is a new search for finding individual payments within submissions called 'Find Payments'

We have renamed 'Find Payments' to 'Find Submissions'.  We think that this better describes what this search actually does.  It searches your submissions.  You will find this search under the Payments menu marked 'Find Submissions'.

We've added a new search facility that searches within submissions for individual payments.  For example you can enter a sortcode and account number and all payments across all submissions  to that account will be returned.  You will find this search under the Payments menu marked 'Find Payments.

GDPR Search and reporting

PayGate 2.1.4 includes a feature to aid your GDPR process.  GDPR is the General Data Protection Regulation which came into force on May 25th 2018.

You can use PayGate to search for personal data, produce a report and export the personal data in a machine readable format.

Delete Payers

You can now permanently delete a DDMS payer from the PayGate system.
