PayGate requires user to login to access the system, this policy contains the default actions for user's logins.

Enforce token two-factor authentication

When a user logs in to PayGate they must provide two methods of authentication, this is usually a password and a code received on their mobile phone.



Lock out inactive accounts

Selecting this option will cause PayGate to automatically lock accounts after a number of days of inactivity.  Locked accounts can be unlocked by a user with the required privileges in 'Maintain user's' or 'Maintain Groups' sections of PayGate.



Exclude specific user's from auto-lockout

This will prevent nominated user's from being locked out due to inactivity or other actions that would lock a user account, such as incorrect password entry etc.
