Note: This error is unique to United Kindom (GB) use of validateAccount().

If no reference of the supplied sortcode and bank account number could be found then this error is returned.  The error should really be treated as a warning that although the details may have been mathematically correct (Passed Modulus checking), no other details could be found.  This should be seen as unusual and you should seek futher assurance that the details are valid.
