Incorrect IBAN Check Digits

Meaning

All IBANs contain 2 check digits.  As part of the IBAN validatation process, PayGate Validate checks that the IBAN check digits are correct.  A mathematical algorithm is used to check the digits.  If this mathematical check fails the IBAN is deemed invalid and this error is raised.
