Invalid Card Number Length.

Meaning

Functions handling credit card numbers expect the number to be between 13 and 19 characters long.  As with other functions, Validate strips out any non-alphanumeric characters initially such as hyphens or spaces.  Once these non-alphanumeric characters have been removed the resulting numbershould be between 13 and 19 characters long otherwise this error is thrown.
