Send an ad-hoc 'custom' message to a payer.
Defining the contents of the custom messages.
Custom messages can be edited from within PayGate by using the 'Payer Messaging Configuration' page. From the menu choose Collections > Payer Messaging Configuration.
To edit 'Custom message 1' choose ' Custom Message 1' from the message type select box. As with other DDMS messages there is an email version and a letter version. Choose 'Email' from the Channel Type select box and then click 'Edit Message'.
Custom Messages can use the same tokens that are available within standard message. For more information see this help page.
